Ingredients
- 2-8 Tortillas
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- (Optional) 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- (Optional) 1/2 teaspoon paprika or ground chillies
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 C
Cut tortillas into wedges or strips.
In a large bowl, mix oil, salt and spices. Add tortillas and toss em until well coated.
Place tortillas on a tray or baking form.
Cook for 10 min or until golden. Careful, they burn very quickly, do not leave unattended!
